The owner's life and business which relate strongly to China, along with his love in purity of materials became the starting point of H168 House. Our memory of Chinese architecture somehow relates to local dark grey bricks, which are then imported from China as the main material. In addition, Chinese traditional paintings of architecture are studied to obtain characteristics of the architectural spaces. These spaces are simplified and flipped according to the functions of the house.
