2 separate buildings with one for office and residential while another being able to accommodate 50 cars. The tight, irregular shaped site forces the planning of the 2 buildings with the long garage building along the site length. Steel structure featuring cellular beams are used for the garage shifted form which created slitted voids that allows indirect natural light (appropriate for cars) into the space. On the other hand, the office and residential building has simple grid, reinforced concrete structure. The structural elements and systems will be left exposed to show their pure beauty.
