ZUZ Extraction House occupies the structure opposite La Balance. Its roof features a gentler slope, creating a more voluminous interior in response to a higher user capacity. A linear corridor runs alongside a central courtyard, forming a continuous strip of glazing that opens the building to its surroundings and enhances its public character. While it shares the same exterior material palette as its twin, the interior is darker and more tactile, exposing raw wood surfaces to emphasize material honesty and warmth.
